Fake Doctor planted by Obama staff to help sell health care reform!
HOUSTON, Texas - August 14, 2009 - The Obama camp planted a fake doctor at Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s first in a series of town hall meetings yesterday in the heart of the Fifth Ward. As is typical for a Jackson Lee event, there were a lot of local politicians, community leaders, and seniors in attendance.
Sheila Jackson Lee you recall is the same congressman that was on a cell phone call while being asked a question from a constituent. This is the same congressman that used public funds to attend Michael Jackson’s funeral. On April 28, 2006, Jackson-Lee, along with four other members of Congress and six other activists, was arrested for disorderly conduct in Washington.
One supporter, Dr. Roxana Mayer, a physician who does not live in Jackson Lee’s district, praised the reform plan for overhauling a broken system. She really works for the Obama PAC Organizing for America.
I don’t know what there is in the bill that creates such panic,” she said.
Mayer claimed to be a general practitioner, eliciting applause and even a hug from the ethics deficit congresswoman. Some digging by top-notch investigative reporters and it turns out that Roxanna Mayer is not a medical doctor; she’s a community organizer that works for Obama.
News buster David Jennings secured a phone interview with Mayer, in which she admitted to impersonating a physician, saying, “She thought it would help her credibility.”
