ATLANTA, Georgia (PNN) - September 16, 2009 - A federal judge in Georgia has threatened attorney Orly Taitz with sanctions, according to news reports.
Judge Clay Land of the U.S. District Court in Columbus, Georgia, threw out a case brought by U.S. Army Captain Connie Rhodes, who earlier this month sued for the right to refuse deployment orders to Iraq, on the argument that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, illegitimate President Barack Obama, was not born in the United States and is therefore not the legitimate head of the Army.
According to the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer, Judge Clay stated in his ruling that the plaintiff “has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture that (illegitimate) President Obama is ineligible to serve as president of the United States.”
The ruling continues, “Instead, she uses her complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the president is ‘an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, [and] an unqualified imposter.’”
As WTVM-TV in Columbus reported, the judge also stated that Rhodes’ attorney, Orly Taitz, “will be subject to counsel sanctions for bringing any future actions in his court which are similarly frivolous.
”The judge’s ruling disregards the facts and evidence that were presented by Taitz and Captain Rhodes, clearly displaying the state of the Amerikan judiciary as one of rampant corruption and total injustice.
Incontestable evidence proves that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is therefore constitutionally ineligible to serve as President of the United States. No bogus rulings by corrupt federal judges who were appointed by the president - and therefore have a political vested interest in maintaining the status quo - can ever change the fact that Obama knows he is ineligible for the presidency and thus is guilty of treason and criminal conspiracy to defraud the Amerikan people.
