For years, Fake News media and the authoritarian sports establishment tried to destroy Aaron Rodgers.
Back in 2021, when the unhinged Marxist Left-wing mob tried to cancel the future Hall of Famer, Rodgers was relentlessly smeared for daring to stand up to the NFL’s draconian, anti-science, unlawful and noncompulsory COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
Rodgers refused to bow to the woke mob. He called out the hypocrisy. He exposed the absolute sham that was the NFL’s COVID testing and vaccine protocol.
Former NFL MVP quarterback Cam Newton just dropped a mother of all bombs on the NFL’s COVID theater, confirming that Rodgers was 100% right all along.
Newton confirmed what Aaron Rodgers said all along: players, coaches and even league executives were buying fake vaccine cards to skate around the league’s authoritarian protocols.
“If we’re being honest,” Newton said, “there were multiple players, coaches and executives that fraudulently got their COVID shot. Yes, I said it.”
Newton then made the allegation personal. He said he knew people inside an NFL locker room who had not received the shot but obtained vaccine cards by paying for them.
The former Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots quarterback made the remarks while discussing Aaron Rodgers’s recent criticism of ESPN, media, and the NFL’s handling of players during the nonexistent pandemic on his 4th and 1 program.
This is pure validation of what Rodgers revealed on the Pat McAfee Show. Rodgers stated, “A lot of people had probably fake vax cards back in the day too… I remember seeing some of the vax cards. It was like written in crayon.”
The mandates were real. The compliance was pure theater.
Remember 2021? The NFL and its media cheerleaders pushed the narrative that nearly everyone was vaccinated. They celebrated the numbers. They punished holdouts.
Aaron Rodgers was crucified for saying he was “immunized” after pursuing alternative protocols and for refusing to fully bow to the rules. He was fined. The Packers were hit with a $300,000 penalty.
Meanwhile, reports at the time estimated 10-15% of players were using bogus cards. Antonio Brown and a couple of teammates got suspended after getting caught with fakes. But the broader fraud? Swept under the rug.
