A class action lawsuit has been filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against the governments of BC and Canada over their handling of the Cowichan title case. This video shows how officials flat-out lied to homeowners during a controversial treaty negotiation with the Cowichan Tribes in an effort to steal their private property and how this isn't about reconciliation but instead it is robbery by bureaucracy.
