It now looks beautiful; better than anything the city has ever done to this world-famous beach. However, instead of thanking him for his kind efforts, San Diego is complaining because he did not pay the city for a permit to fix the stairway and deck. The city thinks that nobody has the right to do anything without permission from the fascist government. When have you had enough?
