County declares itself First Amendment Sanctuary in defiance of COVID-19 orders!

RUSTBURG, Virginia (PNN) - December 3, 2020 - The Campbell County Board of Supervisors in Virginia declared themselves a “First Amendment Sanctuary” by a unanimous vote on Tuesday night, stating that they will not be enforcing Governor Ralph Northam’s unlawful COVID-19 orders.
