SAN ANTONIO, Texas - June 2, 2011 - A federal judge has unlawfully ordered a Texas school district to prohibit public prayer at a high school graduation ceremony.

Chief U.S. District Judge Fred Biery’s order against the Medina Valley Independent School District also forbids students from using specific religious words including “prayer” and “amen.”

Police and firemen watch man drown because of bureaucratic rules!

ALAMEDA, Kalifornia - June 1, 2011 - Police and firemen in Alameda, Kalifornia watched a man drown on Monday after realizing they did not have proper certifications for water rescue, leaving them open to possible lawsuits if they attempted to save him.

BALTIMORE, Maryland - June 1, 2011 - The Maryland Transit Administration says more training may be called for after three MTA officers detained a man for taking pictures at a light rail station.
