JACKSON, Mississippi - April 7, 2011 - A Mississippi state judge has issued an order to public school attendance officers in his judicial district to provide the names of all homeschoolers there, prompting alarm at the Home School Legal Defense Association, which fights for the rights of homeschooling worldwide.

NYC councilman proposes banning Happy Meals!
