NEW YORK (PNN) - July 2, 2024 - New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan on July 2 delayed the sentencing of former President Donald Trump “to September 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM for the imposition of sentence, if such is still necessary, or other proceedings.”
Supreme Court rules that Trump has absolute immunity for official acts!
WASHINGTON (PNN) - July 1, 2024 - The Fascist Police States of Amerika Supreme Court has ruled that President Donald J. Trump has "absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority."
There also is "presumptive immunity" for official acts. But there's no immunity for unofficial acts.
